North Carolina is the top state in the nation, and the United States is the No. 2 nation in which to build a data center, according to a report by Tishman Technologies Corp. The United States is ranked just behind Iceland. North Carolina favored highly for low energy cost, favorable labor and fiber optics. Read the report.
