They purchase the best gathered fibers from New Zealand, West Texas, and Great Britain. The fibers are sent to a trusted spinner in Portugal before arriving on the factory floor in North Carolina. The carpet is precision tufted, custom colored, and hand finished right here in their Rutherford County facility.

The late Tom Pack, a second generation carpet manufacturer, was the inventor of the unique technology exclusive to White Oak – a machine you can't find anywhere else – known as the VariaLoom. This exclusive process creates visual dimension by stitching variable pile heights at unprecedented speeds.
