North Carolina's Rutherford County - A Certified Work Ready Community

North Carolina’s Rutherford County received recognition as a Certified Work Ready Community during a celebration held at the Foundation Performing Arts Center at Isothermal Community College on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Our County is one of the first ten counties in North Carolina to achieve this recognition; further solidifying our community’s commitment to have the best workforce available for our current employers and for those yet to join us in the center of it all!
